Lions CB Dre Bly Adopts Middle School to Help Improve Academics and School Infrastructure

DETROIT, Mich. -- As children we have dreams and goals that we set and hope to accomplish in life. They may seem unobtainable to some, but sometimes it takes a supportive role model who believes in our goals to make all the difference in our life and in our world.

One Detroit Lions’ player has taken the initiative to be dedicated to the dreams of  the students at Longfellow Middle School in Detroit by being that supporter and believer in them. Lions’ cornerback Dré Bly has adopted Longfellow Middle School for the 2006-07 football season and school year.
